
Nick is a Stockbridge native who returned to the Berkshires in 2009 after practicing law in Boston. His practice includes residential and commercial real estate transactions, zoning, permitting and land use matters, construction law, liquor licensing, general business matters and estate planning.
As an associate at the Boston firm Vena, Riley, Deptula LLP, Nick concentrated on construction litigation matters for a broad range of clients, including public and private owners, general contractors, subcontractors and material suppliers. He also served as Deputy General Counsel at the Massachusetts Department of Labor, managing the Wage and Hour Law programs for the Commonwealth.
Nick is a member of the Board of Directors of the Lee Community Development Corporation and serves as Chairperson of the Town of Lee Finance Committee. He recently completed his third term on the Board of Construct, Inc.
Nick is admitted to practice law in Massachusetts. He attended Suffolk University Law School (J.D., 2005), the University of Vermont (B.A., 1997), and Salisbury School (1993).
